1The fastest way to reach us

Use the contact form on this page for everything: technical problems, billing questions, account issues, privacy requests and safety concerns. The form goes straight to the support queue, where a person — not a bot — reads every message.

Before you write, it is worth a thirty-second stop at the help center. The most common questions (starting a match, coins, skipping, account trouble) have instant answers there.

2What to include in your message

The more precisely you describe the situation, the faster we can fix it. Helpful details:

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Roughly when it happened, including your time zone.
  • The device and browser you were using.
  • For billing questions, the date and amount — never your full card number.
  • For safety reports, anything that identifies the match: time, what was said, a screenshot if you have one.

3What to expect after you write

A human replies to every message, normally within 48 hours. Safety reports involving minors, threats or illegal content jump the queue and are handled immediately. Billing questions are usually resolved in one exchange if you include the details above.

If your message is about something happening on a live call right now, use the in-call tools first: skip ends the match, block prevents a rematch, and report flags it to moderators. Then write to us so there is a record.

4Privacy and data requests

Requests about your data — access, correction, deletion — go through the same contact form. Tell us what you are asking for and we will walk you through it. The privacy policy explains what we hold and why, in plain language.

5A note on honesty

We would rather tell you an uncomfortable true thing than a comfortable vague one. If something on the site is broken, we will say so and say when it will be fixed. If a refund or decision is not possible, we will explain why instead of sending a template. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every reply.

6What we cannot do over a message

Two limits are worth knowing up front. We cannot identify another user for you or share their details — privacy runs in both directions, and the privacy policy applies to everyone equally. And we cannot mediate what was said in a private conversation after the fact; the in-call report button is what captures a problem with the context moderators need.

Everything else — bugs, balances, bans, data requests, suggestions — is fair game. If you are not sure whether your question belongs here, send it. The worst outcome is a fast, honest answer.
