1The short version
OmeGirlChat is designed to need very little from you. There is no sign-up wall harvesting a biography, and we do not want one. The site collects the technical minimum required to run live video matches and keep the service safe — nothing more. The sections below spell out what that means in practice.
2What we collect
When you use OmeGirlChat, the service processes:
- Technical data your browser provides: IP address, device and browser type, and approximate country, used to run matches, prevent abuse, and keep the service working.
- Usage data: which pages and features you use, call timing and duration, and skip/report events, used to operate and improve the product.
- Account and purchase data if you create an account or buy coins: the details needed to keep your balance and history straight.
- Support messages you send us through the contact form.
3What we never ask for
We do not ask for your real name, home address, workplace, or government ID to start chatting. Camera and microphone access is granted by you, in your browser, and can be revoked at any time from your browser settings. We do not record the content of your video or voice conversations.
Be aware that the person on the other side of any call could capture what you show or say — no platform can prevent that. Keep identifying details out of frame and out of small talk, and report anyone who records or shares others without consent; it is a bannable offense under the community guidelines.
4How the information is used
Matching: connecting you with someone online right now requires knowing you are online right now — that is the core of it. Safety: reports, blocks and moderation decisions rely on usage data so human moderators can act with context. Operations: aggregate, anonymized statistics tell us whether the site is fast and reliable.
We do not sell your personal information. Service providers that help us run the site (hosting, payments, analytics) receive only what they need for their function and are bound to protect it.
6Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, send your request through the contact form on our Contact Us page — a person handles it, and we respond within a reasonable time.
You can also simply leave. Skipping a match, ending a call or closing the tab stops your participation instantly, and deleting your account removes the data tied to it subject to what the law requires us to retain.
7Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date. Questions about privacy go through the contact form on the Contact Us page and are read by a human.
