1The service in plain terms

OmeGirlChat provides random one-on-one video and voice chat with a girls-only match pool. The site matches you with another user who is online, opens a private room for two, and lets the conversation run until either side ends it. We provide the matching, the room and the moderation; what is said in a conversation belongs to the people having it, within the rules below.

2Who may use OmeGirlChat

The service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By using OmeGirlChat you confirm that you are at least 18. If we have reason to believe a minor is involved — on either side of the camera — the account is removed at once and referred to the authorities wherever the law requires it. This rule admits no exceptions.

3Free to start, and how coins work

First matches on OmeGirlChat are free, and no payment details are required to begin. Coins are a voluntary, one-time purchase used to extend longer sessions or enable optional extras. Every coin price is displayed before you confirm. Coins are not a subscription: nothing renews automatically, nothing bills you later, and unspent coins remain on your balance.

Purchases are final once the coins are delivered to your balance, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us through the form on the Contact Us page and a person will review it.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18, or involve a minor in any way.
• Harass, threaten or demean other users, on the basis of anything at all.
• Record, capture or share another user without their consent.
• Ask other users for money, gift cards or financial help, or run any scam.
• Impersonate another person, or use bots, scripts or prerecorded video.
• Share illegal content, or use the service for anything unlawful where you live.

5Moderation and enforcement

Reports are reviewed by human moderators. Violations lead to consequences that scale with severity: a warning for minor first-time issues, suspension for repeats, and a permanent ban for anything severe — minors, recording others, threats, scams or illegal activity. A ban follows the individual, not the login. If you believe a decision about your account was wrong, you may appeal through the contact form and a different moderator will review it.

6Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. We work to keep matches real, fast and safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for what users say or do in their conversations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
